1. Purpose
This website offers tourism services related to accommodation stays.
2. Bookings
– A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
– The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the booking process.
3. Payments
– Payments are processed through Stripe.
– QualiTravel does not store payment card details or other sensitive payment information.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
– In the event of cancellation after booking confirmation, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking price will apply.
– In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
5. Liability
– QualiTravel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
– QualiTravel shall not be held responsible for any failure, interruption, delay, or deficiency in services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels and accommodation providers.
6. Travel Documents
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring possession of:
– Valid travel documents
– Any required visas
– Compliance with applicable health and vaccination requirements
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Panama, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be applicable under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.
